Over 40 workers at COBRA Source, located in Grayslake, IL petitioned the NLRB today to join our Union. 

These workers contacted our office with multiple concerns about their wages, hours and working conditions.  They were tired of waiting for these problems to fix themselves, and took control of their situation by making the brave decision to organize their Union.

Our Union will work closely with these employees in the coming weeks to ensure that come election day, their voices will be heard.

The officers, staff, and members of our Union congratulate the employees of COBRA Source for making this decision, and stand by them in their campaign to Unionize their workplace!
